I just had the same issue of the edges of the screen bleeding off the edges when I updated to Windows 10 just today.Steps taken:1. Changed resolutions on Windows Display Settings. Didn't help.2. Installed most recent available driver from NVIDIA via their provided control panel/updater. Also didn't fix the issue after a restart.3. Then I checked the Monitor settings on the hardware's menu (This is a TV monitor). By finding a setting and turning the TV from HDTV mode to PC mode, it fixed the screen edges problem.

Unfortunately, it messed up the color and contrast, but that can befixed. Screen bleed off fixed!So my recommendation is update the drivers, because that never hurts, and then see if your monitor is set to something strange in its own hardware menu. Sims 4 no autonomous mods.
