Mount Sinai is a good place to work, there is a laid back feel to it but not too laid back.
Management reminds me of the popular kids in high school, most of them not really there to work or solve problems but to chit chat and socialize (but then reprimand you if you do the same) It's great to gain job experience and then eventually move on to somewhere with better pay and better benefits. PTO is horrendous. I've worked here 3 years and only accrue 6 hours for every 2 weeks i work. Working in other departments might be better? Management was horrible!
If there was a problem in the office, they would not do anything about it! Female doctors treated and talked to the staff as if they were 'better' than you and let you know that too!
